Loss or Damage

  • Please notify us of any shortage or damage within 5 days of receipt of your order so we may issue credit or replacement. Claims after the 5 day reporting period will not be honored.
  • Damage – please retain all damaged merchandise and packing materials. When you call us we will determine what should be done with the damaged merchandise and packing material.

Refused and Returned orders

  • Refused and returned orders will result in billing of all shipping and handling charges and a 15% restocking fee.
